How do I return an item for a refund?
If you'd like a refund instead of an exchange, we've got you covered within 90 days of purchase — no questions asked.
1. Head to our Exchange & Returns Portal
2. Select the item and choose refund as your preference
3. Send the ring back to us in clean, "like new" condition
4. Once we receive and inspect it, your refund will be processed
For Australian customers — return postage is covered, no cost to you.
For New Zealand customers — return to our NZ address:

For all other international customers — you'll need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to our Melbourne
