What condition does my ring need to be in for an exchange or return?

All rings being returned or exchanged must be in clean, "like new" condition — free from any scratching, damage or signs of wear.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse a return or exchange if the ring shows signs of excessive wear or damage beyond what would be expected from trying it on

  • Apply a damage fee if the ring is returned in poor condition

If your ring has an issue covered under our Lifetime Guarantee (cracking, finish wearing, manufacturer defect), that's a different process — head to our Warranty & Lifetime Guarantee section instead.
