In most cases the 90-day window is firm — but we're a reasonable bunch.
If your ring is unworn and in brand new condition (sizing tag still on, no scratches, no signs of wear), reach out to us at support@etrnl.com.au even if you're past 90 days. This happens most often with customers who've bought a metal wedding ring well in advance of their wedding — we get it, and we'll do our best to work something out.
If your ring has been worn and is past the 90 days, it won't be eligible for an exchange or return — but if there's a product issue, our Lifetime Guarantee still applies with no time limit whatsoever. Head to our Warranty section for how to make a claim.
If your engraved ring doesn't fit, our Lifetime Replacement Policy applies regardless of when you bought it — $50 AUD for metal rings, $20 AUD for silicone. Email us to arrange it.
