Head back to our Exchange & Returns Portal and follow the same process as your first exchange.
There's one important thing you need to get right: when entering your order number for a second exchange, you must use your exchange order number — not your original order number. Your exchange order number will start with the prefix EX-# and look something like this: EX-#191834.
You'll find your exchange order number in the confirmation email you received when your first exchange was processed.
If you enter your original order number instead of your EX-# number, the portal won't be able to locate your exchange order and you won't be able to proceed. So make sure you've got the right number before starting.
