Why hasn't my order been dispatched yet? (Processing times during sales & peak periods)
During sale events and peak periods, our team processes a significantly higher volume of orders than usual — and this
can add extra time before your order is dispatched.
Please allow up to 1–2 additional business days for dispatch during sale periods. We'll always get your order out as
quickly as we can, but we'd rather take the time to get every order right than rush and make mistakes.
A note on express shipping: Selecting express shipping at checkout means your order will be delivered faster once it
leaves our warehouse — it does not fast-track processing or move your order to the front of the queue. All orders are
processed in the order they are received, regardless of shipping method.
So if you've ordered during a sale period and selected express shipping, your order will still need to clear our
processing queue first — express delivery kicks in from the moment it's dispatched.
Public holidays also affect dispatch times. We're based in Melbourne, Victoria, and Victorian public holidays are
non-working days for our team. If a public holiday falls within your expected dispatch window, add an extra business day
to your estimate.
A practical example: if you order on a Thursday evening during a sale period, and the following Friday is a non-working
day and Monday is a Victorian public holiday, your order won't be dispatched until Tuesday at the earliest — and
potentially Wednesday if volume is high.
