We dispatch orders from our Melbourne warehouse Monday–Thursday. Here's how our cut-off times work:
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm AEST have missed the daily cut-off and will be dispatched the next business day.
Orders placed on a Friday, weekend, or public holiday will be dispatched the next available business day — we don't operate on Fridays, weekends, or Victorian public holidays.
A quick example: an order placed at 3pm on a Thursday won't go out until the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a public holiday).
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
